Every card you burn makes everyone stronger.
Ember Covenant is a dark fantasy roguelike deckbuilder built around costly choices. Burn a card to gain Ember, but raise the shared Heat that empowers enemies. Choose a Keeper, build your deck and decide what to play, keep or sacrifice on a pilgrimage of fire.

Burning a card gains Ember and increases the shared Heat. Each sacrifice changes the pressure of the run.
